CATTEA® Brewing Instructions｜Taiwan Alishan High Mountain Tea Series
▍Hot Brew: Pour 300 ml of hot water (95°C) evenly over the tea bag and steep for 5 minutes. Can be re-brewed 4-5 times.
▍Cold Brew: Pour in 450 ml of room temperature water and cold brew for 6-8 hours or more.
▍Iced: First, pour 150 ml of hot water (100°C) evenly over the tea bag, steep for 5-10 minutes and stir to accelerate extraction. Finally, add ice cubes and shake until the tea cools down.
✱ CATTEA® Alishan High Mountain Tea series are all made from hand-picked tea leaves from the Alishan high mountain tea area. The tea quality is high, it does not become bitter after long steeping, and can be re-brewed multiple times.
✱ It is recommended to use soft water with a calcium carbonate content of 10-60 mg/L. The basic principle is that it should not be pure water; it must contain minerals.

✱ Some CATTEA® by Jiayu fruit teas, herbal teas, and flower teas contain herbal ingredients such as roselle and butterfly pea flower. Although the proportion in the formula is extremely low and is harmless to health under normal consumption, due to individual differences in physical constitution, pregnant or breastfeeding women are advised to consult a doctor before consumption or to consume with caution based on their individual physical condition.
